Program Development and Grant Implementation

Tanzania Youth for Health (TYH) secures and manages competitive grants from international donors and partners to design and implement impactful health projects across Tanzania. Our programs address priority public health needs, including HIV prevention, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and community capacity building.

TYH has demonstrated strong project management capacity, ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Through these projects, we work closely with government institutions, health facilities, and communities to deliver sustainable, evidence-based interventions with measurable outcomes.

TYH is a Tanzania based NGO aimed at raising awareness through Education and Advocacy to reach the society so as to solve health related problems.
